Bob Wildes launched Commons Development Group in 1989 with partner, Jack McBride. Previously, he was Founder and President of Wildes Enterprises Construction, Inc., a full-service development and construction company, developing both residential and commercial properties. Bob is an expert in site planning, engineering, development, and all aspects of custom home construction. He has served as Director for the N.H. Builders Association and as a member of the Builders Association of Greater Boston. He has also been the president of many homeowners and condominium associations throughout his career. Bob served as a Quality Control Inspector Evaluator for Minuteman Missiles Systems with the Strategic Air Command at Grand Forks, ND. and received a Commendation Medal for his service.
Jack McBride co-founded Commons Development Group with Bob Wildes in 1989. Together they have built the company into a leading builder of residential communities in New England, with more than two thousand new homes delivered. Commons Development has won numerous awards from the Builders Association of Greater Boston and the New Hampshire Builders Association.
Jack is an experienced leader in the homebuilding industry, and has been active with organizations such as the Builders Association of Greater Boston (Director '95-'97, Multifamily Council Chairman '96-'97) and with several community housing boards and committees. Jack holds a B.A. in English from Colby College and an M.B.A. in Finance from New York University.
Sue Hawkes served as Senior VP at the Codman Company for 13 years before becoming a partner and managing director of The Collaborative Companies in 1997. Sue, along with partner Bob Cole, purchased TCC and Velocity Marketing, their auction division, in 2006. Ms. Hawkes is a recognized leader in the new construction industry and is a regularly featured speaker at the National Association of Home Builders annual convention and served on the NAHB Executive Committee as Chairman of the N. E. Builders Conference. Ms. Hawkes served as President of the Builders Association of Greater Boston in 1999 and has been involved with over $2 billion in residential sales throughout her career. In 1995, Ms. Hawkes was awarded the NAHB "Bill Molster Award" for industry excellence and received the Alumnae Leadership Award from St. Lawrence University in 1998.
