Jack McBride co-founded Commons Development Group with Bob Wildes in 1989. Together they have built the company into a leading builder of residential communities in New England, with more than two thousand new homes delivered. Commons Development has won numerous awards from the Builders Association of Greater Boston and the New Hampshire Builders Association.

Jack is an experienced leader in the homebuilding industry, and has been active with organizations such as the Builders Association of Greater Boston (Director '95-'97, Multifamily Council Chairman '96-'97) and with several community housing boards and committees. Jack holds a B.A. in English from Colby College and an M.B.A. in Finance from New York University.
