Gerald Fransen's (Production Manager) career began in the masonry field and then moved to on site project management and superintendent work. He has extensive experience with civil engineers, structural engineers, electrical and mechanical engineers, architects as well as planning and zoning boards. Gerald has built multi million dollar projects from midrise hotels to multi-story office building complexes, college dormitories, theatres and multi million dollar single family homes from start to finish. Gerald’s focus with ABODE is scheduling and quality control to build a superior product in a very timely manner using the latest technology to achieve the tightest of building envelopes using the least amount of energy for the greatest comfort and enjoyment in living in your ABODE home.
