Bob Wildes launched Commons Development Group in 1989 with partner, Jack McBride. Previously, he was Founder and President of Wildes Enterprises Construction, Inc., a full-service development and construction company, developing both residential and commercial properties. Bob is an expert in site planning, engineering, development, and all aspects of custom home construction. He has served as Director for the N.H. Builders Association and as a member of the Builders Association of Greater Boston. He has also been the president of many homeowners and condominium associations throughout his career. Bob served as a Quality Control Inspector Evaluator for Minuteman Missiles Systems with the Strategic Air Command at Grand Forks, ND. and received a Commendation Medal for his service.
